Backup is not sending files to the Webroot Cloud

I have three machines configured to backup files to the webroot cloud.

Two of the machines are working fine.

On the third machine, though, the files are not reaching the cloud.  When I click on "Backup Now" it goes through the motions, and then displays the message "Files were last archived at..." as if the backup were successful, but the files are not in the "webrootanywhere" folder.

What could I be doing wrong?  Thanks!

I found the issue.  THere is a setting that limits the size of the files.

In particular, under Advanced Settings, Backup & Synch, Do Not Upload Files Larger Than xxMB was set to 100.  I had to increase it to be larger than the size of my file.
