Hi jamez46
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I would undertake an uninstall of WSA, followed by a REBOOT, and then check that your system is running correctly. If it is then if you feel like you want to make a System Restore Point, and undertake a clean install of WSA, having downloaded a fresh copy from the website.
Make sure that you have your keycode to hand, install, REBOOT and then attempt a scan, and let us know what happens.
If the same occurs then restore your system to the previously taken Restore Point and Open a Support Ticket, so that the Support can investigate this for you.
Do keep us posted on your progress at getting this resolved, and post back here if you require further help.
Regards, Baldrick
