Hi harix
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am not sure as to what your issue is. If you are no longer using your 'last AV' then is WSA npw blocking access too? And if so then what exactly are you seeing & which browser(s) are you using for access?

Thanks for the quick response. I am using Firefox (IE cannot access either) - NO other sites are blocked!
That was Windows 7 Pro OS
Hi harix
When you say 'cannot access' could you describe what you see when trying and what, if any messages, come up at that point? Also, are you running WSA?

Running WSA, get Firefox (or IE) "Unable to Connect" error;
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.starbucks.com.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

And if you temporarily suspend WSA, i.e., shutdown protection, are you able to connect to the Starbucks site via Firefox?
No, I tried after uninstallting Bitdefender and just now, so it must be a setting on my laptop. Cannot find where it is blocked (Windows 7 Pro) blocked on IE and Firefox..
Hi harix
I am wondering, if as you say the issue remains even when WSA has been temporarily shutdown, whether the issue is due to your previous installation of Bitdefender not being completely removed. to see if that is the case please obtain the official Bitdeffender removal toll for the version of the AV/IS that you had installed, run that and then see if that sorts the issue for you. You can find the removal tools to down load HERE.
Give that a try and post back with the results eitherway.
In the interim I will check out another idea I have.
