I access a LiveJournal blog regularly, and every time I do so, Webroot puts up a block screen that I have to "allow" in order to continue on to the LiveJournal page.
I've checked through all the settings but can't find an option where I can enter this (and other URLS; this isn't the only block that I encounter) URL so that Webroot knows to permanently allow this page.
Suggestions? Is there such an option that I'm just not seeing?
Thanks; I appreciate any help/replies.
Cheers,

Hi martyh
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Is the blocking page a Webroot web page , and if so then does it have a 'unblock and proceed' option in the bottom left hand corner? If so is this the option to take each time, and if not then next time that you go to the page and are blocked please use that option...and let us know what happens.

Hi, Baldrick,
Yes, you are correct in that I get a Webroot page and have to check the "unblock and proceed" option.
My point is that I can access this URL (and others) multiple times a week and it's a relative pain in the behind to have to click that option every single time.
One would think that once I allow such a URL (i.e. I click the "unblock and proceed" option) that Webroot would be intelligent enough to add this URL to its list of sites to no longer block. I shouldn't have to do this for the same URL every single time.
Thanks again for your response.

If it is a legitimate site, the best course of action would be to Submit a support ticket so that we can get this corrected.
You can also look up and submit change requests for URLs yourself here.

Thanks, DanP, for your response as well.
I checked the URL and the results were all green/flawless, so I filed a Support ticket.

Hi martyh
Interesting...my point was that usually, once you click on the 'Unblock and proceed' that whitelists the site on your lcaol system and therefore the Web Threat Filter should recognise the override and therefore not present you with the block page subsequantly.
This happens faultlessly on my system and is a great feature to avoid what yo are reporting is happening on yours.
As from what you say this does not appear to be working correctly on your system, in the circumstances, I would undertake an uninstall of WSA, follwed by a clean re-install...just to make sure that everything is installed and working correctly.
Please advise if you require instructions oas to how to do this and we will be happy to oblige.

I just had a look at your support ticket and submitted a change request. It appears that the "unblock page and continue" option was not working as expected due to level in the URL was occuring at. We'll have this looked into and get it corrected.@ wrote:
