I found this message: "The Webroot Support team is aware of an issue on some Mac computers where the Webroot program will have a blue exclamation point on it with a license check notice. We are currently working with our Development team to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This issue is caused by a failure to communicate between the Webroot SecureAnywhere application and our cloud. The current workaround is to connect to a different network, such as at a local coffee shop or fast food restaurant."
Im still having this problem.

Hi yankeeboyd23,
Sorry to hear you are still having this issue. This can be frustrating indeed. I have a Mac running Webroot, AS I mentioned in my previous post you should or could Submit that Support Ticket and they can look inti this for you and rresolve it.
I understand what you have said about the blue screen and the exclamation mark. But I am not having that blus screen on my Mac . But that doesn't help you by saying that so I hope Support can assist you as soon as possible.
