hi, can i do a manual backup of documents. if not then how often is the automatic backup.?

any help appreciated.

found out how to back up manually but not sure how often the auto backup is.

Hello Mike, welcome to the Community and apologies for not having had your first question answered!

 

The timing of the backup is done by the Scheduler within WSA.  To find it:

 


  • Open WSA
  • Click the Advanced Settings button at the upper right corner
  • On the left side of the new screen, click "Scheduler"
  • On the right panel, click the Backup tab
