I can't activate secure anywhere on my mobile using my email address, password and key code that was set up on my computer after my purchase for protection for 5 devices. It won't let me log into my account on my mobile.

Would you try to follow theses KB articles and then you can always issue a Support Ticket if you can't get Webroot on your
device. Also it would be good if you cleared your Cache on your device then restart your phone.
