I just got a SurfacePro 3 today and have been trying to complete the installation for SecureAnywhere. I have created an account on the portal and am trying to add a PC. I have downloaded and run the installation file, but can never get past running the first scan. I get a green screen that looks like it is starting a scan and about two second later I get this:

Please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your Keycode
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
The reboot did it - don't know why I didn't try that first. Thank you!
Hi @
That was a simple fix and thank you for letting us know. I wasn't sure if Webroot was completely installed yet. But just the same I'm glad Webroot is running like it's suppose to.
Would you please delete your image in the your post so that your email can be kept private?
EDIT
Nevermind Trishia I did it for you okay?
Have a Merry Christmas!
