Can you import KeePass password files to Webroot
I currently use KeePass to manage passwords. Can this file be imported into Webroots password manager? I can export the list to a CSV file if that facilitates an import.

Yes, one can and Keepass is one of the other password managers that WSA's Password Manager will accept data from...see below:
The above is a screenshot of the functionality avaialble in the web console (accessed from here) which you should have set up when you registered. If you have not yet done so then please follow the instructions in this Help Text page on how to do that.
Once you have your account set up you just need to go to the account and use the features for importing data as detailed in this Help Text page on the subject.
