I deactivated 4 of 5 computers. Downloaded on 1 existing computer and it is protected but webroot does not appear in the program list. Will not accept keycode on 2 new computers.

Hi terrkell
Welcome to the community Forums.
So, just to get this clear. You had 5 devices showing in your online console as activated, and you have deactivated 4 of them therein.
You then installed on one new device and you can see WSA is active but it does not appear in 'the program list'; is that the list of programs under the Start Menu when you click on 'All programs' or elsewhere, and if the latter then where are you seeing this? If you are running Win 10 then I can advise that I have the same lack of WSA under the 'Webroot' heading in the 'All programs' list and I believe that is now the norm.
You have downloaded and tried to install on 2 other devices but the installer will not complete because the keycode is not accepted; in which case what is the message given when the keycode is rejected/not accepted?
If you can provide some additional information we will try to assist.
Regards, Baldrick
