Charged twice on credit card, who do I contact?

Last week I bought the basic Webroot Anti Virus. 
 
Yesterday I upgraded to the complete edition. 
 
It seems this upgrade was charged twice on my card. 

Who do I contact for a refund. 
 
Credir Card shows the following charges below: 
 
03/02/2015 Pending WEBROOT ANTI VIRUS $21.90
03/02/2015 Pending WEBROOT ANTI VIRUS $21.90

    Go ahead and call the purchases and renewals number on here:
    http://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/contact
    and they'll be able to get it sorted out for you.  Sorry for the duplicate charge!
