I am repeatedly getting an ITunes error message that says "The shared library "Cloud Music Library" is not responding (503). Check to see if the firewall software running on this computer has been set to allow communications on port 443."

 

Where in Webroot can if find the answer to this question?

 

If it's not set to port 443, how do I change it?

May I ask whether you are running a 3rd party firewall or WIndows Firewall in conjunction with WSA?
