I have 1 Console with 2 Key Codes; one expired; one active. How do I delete the expired one?

Hello ohm777, welcome to the Webroot Community!

We as users are not currently able to remove an old expired key code, but you can submit a Trouble Ticket for have Webroot Support do this for you.

If your old key code is for WSA-Complete, and your new key code is also for WSA-Complete,
AND
your old key code has been expired for (roughly) 2 weeks or less, you may want to consider having Support transfer your User Profiles from the old key code to the new one.  The Password Manager and Backup&Sync are tied to a specific key code, so once that key code is expired they no longer work.  It is possible to have the data moved to the new key code, but only within a limited period of time.

I hope this helps!

Welcome to the Community ohm!

Great to have you here!

You will need to Submit a Trouble Ticket for that. I'm sorry we cannot do that without the Support team.

Hope this helps to answer your question! Let us know if you need anything else!

REgards,
