I cannot get rid of the dns unlocker ads. Shouldn't webroot get rid of them for me?

Hello pkrandel
Welcome to the Community.
Webroot will usually keep ad-ware from installing on your system. (I say usually because often ad-ware gets installed on users computers because they allowed it, piggy-backing software that they intended to install.)
But popups and unwanted ads are another thing. We here in the Community recommend a good popup blocker, installed as an add-on/extension in your browser. I use AdBlock Plus (Firefox) myself.
For Internet Explorer Ad Block Plus: https://adblockplus.org/
For Firefox uBlock Origin: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/?src=ss or Privacy Badger: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/privacy-badger-firefox/
Google Chrome uBlock Origin: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm?hl=en or Privacy Badger: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/privacy-badger/pkehgijcmpdhfbdbbnkijodmdjhbjlgp
It is possible that some unwanted software has been inadvertently installed on your computer. If after installing an ad blocker you are still having issues then please submit a trouble ticket and let support help in removing.
Hope this info helps,
BD

Hello,
Just to add to what BurnDaddy has suggested please Flush your DNS cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS that with the added protection of one of the ad blockers above you shouldn't have this issue anymore! And if it continues contact support as suggested.
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
