Welcome to the Community,
You have to trust the registrty cleaner you use completely, because your registry is the most important thing and should not be messed around with.
RegCure is a good program, but not free., why not just install a free registry cleaner.
EDIT,
After doing more research this Registry cleaner has some bad reviews. So it's up to you mostly!
But I think Webroot Utilites is sufficient!
Does anyone else have any suggestions?
Best Regards,
Personally I would stay clear of any registry cleaners, it is too easy for damage to happen.
I am not sure about Regi-Cure.. some good reviews some bad.
I am of a split mindset on this... most of the time the registry remnants left by uninstalled software are not going to be so much a problem at this point.. at least not as much a problem as they used to be on old, slow computers with more primitive OS like WIndows 95.
For the average user who does not install/uninstall softeare frequently and has followed good practices when it comes to malware (Thus avoiding infections)
If one does choose to use a registry cleaner, I suggest one be very careful... do a lot of research before running one. Also, it would help to verify what is going to be removed instead of automatic removal, just in case.

I would very much agree with David on this, when it comes to the 'average' user.
I personally have used or tested some 10-12 such apps (with the security of having rollback functionality to get me out of any holes I got imto as a result of my trials) and have found them to be a mixed bag...although I do have a personal favourite whci comes as part of a more general cleaning app.
Having said all of that as you have Complete you will be able to use of the System Optimizer which safely does some Registry keys.
But in terms of REGCure...I would give it a miss.
