Does Secure Anywhere work on Windows 8.1?
Does Secure Anywhere work on Windows 8.1? It doesn't work on mine.
It runs fine on Win 8.1 on my computer.
Do you have any other security software installed? Like a HIPS, behavior blocker, AV, firewall? If so please make sure WSA is allowed in their setting. Also make sure WSA is allowed to connect to the internet in any firewall or Windows Firewall. Is WSA installed on your computer and doesn't run or you can't install WSA? If it's the latter case, make sure to allow WSA installer in UAC, any other security software and Windows Firewall during installation.
If WSA is installed and doesn't run, please uninstall it from control panel. Make sure you're connected to the internet during the process. Then restart your computer and download a fresh copy of WSA installer Download (PC) Download (Best Buy Subscription) . Install it and try to run all the while being connected to the internet.
