In the SecureAnywhere - Complete package, I noticed under the "Advanced Settings" in the upper right hand corner of the main control interface, there is a "Proxy" category to choose from the list on the left.
When selected, you are given fields to fill in, such as :
Proxy Type, Authentication Method, Host, Port, Username, and Password.
This brings up the question:
Does Webroot supply any type of premium proxy services to the "home-based" client? Or are we, the end-user, supposed to come up with the Proxy servers/suppliers ourselves?
In times of large-scale data breaches being a common occurrence (The Washington Post: Hackers breach some White House computers)
http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/hackers-breach-some-white-house-computers/2014/10/28/2ddf2fa0-5ef7-11e4-91f7-5d89b5e8c251_story.html
End-user's privacy and security would highly be increased by inclusive Webroot proxy's or the potential for a Webroot Virtual Private Network , (VPN) included in the complete package.

The Proxy option is for users that are running an existing Proxy option in there environment. We currently do not offer a Proxy service for our home users.
Or are we, the end-user, supposed to come up with the Proxy servers/suppliers ourselves?
In my opinion the average user does not need to be running a proxy service. Nearly all the major data breeches have been targetted attacks on coroporate environments so I dont see how a home user would have any affect on being a proxy?
