I recently got a notification from Comcast saying they identified a bot on my computer so I downloaded Webroot and Norton. When I ran scans though they came up clear. Is there anything I should be looking for or doing to get rid of it? 
Can you tell us more about the notification from Comcast?  Just want to make sure it is legit before we troubleshoot too much, as there are phishing emails that purport to be from all sorts of folks just trying to get you to click on a malicious link.

As Nic has rightly suggested you need to check this out but I can say that from research I did recently in relation to a similar enquiry this seems to be something that Comcast do regularly and has been categorised as everything from valid to over agressive marketing of their Constant Guard security product.

 

If you Google "comcast bot report" you can take you pick of dozen of threads & posts on the subject.  I would recommend that you take a look...and follow it up with Comcast directly.
