expired subscription
I renewed my laptop webroot last week and paid for 3 pc use. On my labtop it says proteccted by that the subsscription expired where on my two other computers when I put webroot on them it shows subscription with 360 days. Not sure why the one computer that did have webroot and the first to install doesnot have subscription help

I looked up your email in our licensing system and I do see that it is active an has 359 days remaining. I'll PM you the keycode so that you can check that on the laptop that is giving the problem, to make sure it is the correct one. Probably the first thing to try is uninstalling and re-installing on that laptop using the keycode and then seeing what it says.

yes. The laptop is the one I registered for in the first place. What does the subscription mean? It says I am protected though
