It seams a couple of others are having this issue and I don't know why as I have no issue so I would suggest to Submit a Support Ticket so they can get to the bottom of this.

Follow this post to completely unistall firefox
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/uninstall-firefox-from-your-computer
Then install each addons (if you have them) to figure out if it is an addon based issue.
