So I upgraded to windows 10 and got webroot specifically for that. The normal scans are fast. From 10 to 30 seconds but this morning I started a full scan and 10 hours later it's only about 75 percent done. My computer has about 2TB of storage on it with about 500GB on ssd's. Is this a normal time for my amount of storage?
I don't know what the problem could be, but it's not normal. I just ran a scan on my pc with Windows 10 and it took under 3 minutes.

I probably would have cancelled and started it again to see if that corrected the issue. But since you've gone this long, you might want to let if finish.
Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Full Scans are not needed as it scans the whole C drive so just stick with the Default Deep Scan. See this thread for more info: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/Scanning-PC-suspiciously-fast/m-p/6636#M215

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
Good you came along, Triple Helix. I never noticed that he said full scan. I never change the settings. I just say scan my computer, so I guess I was just doing the default scan.
Correct Default Deep Scan as the Realtime Shield is always looking after your whole system! The old saying if it doesn't execute it can't do any damage but if one does execute then WSA will jump in.
