Hi Kairon33284
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Do you have anymore information in realtion to the issue; such as a reference to the missing exectuable, or the like? Also, has WSA recently reported an infection as it is possible that it has recorded a false positive and therefore quarantined the missing executable, which would mean that it would appear to be 'missing'.
Click on the gear/cog symbol to the right of the PC Security tab in the main WSA app panel and then on the Quarantine tab. Is there anything list in that tab? If so then post back with the name(s) of any file so listed...but at this stage do not restore or delte it/them from Quarantine.
If you find nothing there then post back anyway and we will see what other course of action we can suggest.

I've been using Webroot for over a decade, and I am a Steam Account gamer. To my knowledge, there isn't any "game mode" in Webroot security. Your problem is most definitely NOT Webroot.

Summon the context menu for the offending game by right-clicking the appropriate library entry. Go to the Local Files tab. Press the last (indicated) button form element. This fixes amny issues that can be responsible for the problem that you describe.
