Greetings, everyone. I recently reupped with a new keycode. During the installation process, which was required since I used a keycode not purchased directly from Webroot, I elected to try Google Authenticator and its 2-step verification process for accessing the Webroot Vault. The proceedure is overly laborious for what I percieve are my security needs.
I have disabled the 2-step verification within my Google+ account, but still encounter the proceedure when accessing my Webroot Manage Passwords.
How do I remove this protection step from my Webroot SecureAnywhere - Complete account?

Hello EasyDriver,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
This question isn't asked very much or at all. Maybe once before. So without going through the motions to enable this Google Authenication in my Webroot. Please bare with me.
Please sign into your Online Account Console and go to Passwords. Look to the right where you will see My Identity actions/View Settings/Type in your Webroot password and click OK See if you can Disable the Google Authenication.
It's been so long that I had to disable this Google Authenication myself that I have forgotten how I did it. I believe there is a place where you can have Support send you an email to confirm hat you want this disabled.
If all fails then please Submit a Support Ticket and they can certainly help you with this. Which is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.
Hope this helps?

Hi EasyDriver,
Oh you are most welcome. If you get a chance would you be able to let us know how things go or if you have to contact support to be so kind to let us know how this was worked out for you. This would help others with similar circumstances .
Thanks!
