My green check mark on the home page of the dashboard goes from that to the yellow exclamation point and then back to green check mark. I have never noticed it doing this before. Anyone else? Or have suggestions as to why?

Hi eversen,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
I have to say that I've never seen that before. The yellow exclamation mark usually means one of the shields has been turned off.
If you would like, please try an uninstall/clean install as this usually corrects most issues.
Please follow the steps closely!
Or, if you'd like, you can submit a trouble ticket and let support investigate this for you. This is a free service with your paid subscription.
Please let us know either way,
Thanks,
BD

Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- Be sure you add your Keycode to your Online Console: Webroot SecureAnywhere Online Console
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Geek Squad Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again

Hi eversen
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may, BD, may I suggest that it would be a good idea to check out the point you make about the possibility of one of the Shields being disabled...it would be useful to know which Shield is actually involved.
Regards, Baldrick
