have i renewed for 2016
? based on what you have told us already it's a bit hard to determine that and really the only ones that can actually see are the people from where you bought the renewal ( either thru Webroot directly or via one of the resellers like BestBuy )

Anyhow do you still have the payment proof ( bank transfer or any other means )?? It's best to check up with support ( from where you bought the activation key ) as we ( the community experts ) are unable to check that.
Hello eEAQghtr,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

If you have renewed recently then you do have the latest Webroot version of Webroot. Please look and check your Webroot version by hooving over the Webroot icon in the system tray. You should have Version 9.0.7.46.

Webroot is always up to date since it updates automatically from the Cloud. Please have a look at TripleHelix video of the Cloud oon message number 7 that explain Webroot capabilities .https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Window-s-Firewall-Turnon-or-Off/m-p/236872#M15795

Hi EAQghtr

Welcome to the Webroot Community

If I may add to what Sherry has advised...I suspect that even if you have not renewed, i.e., your subscription & WSA should be alerting you daily to the fact that your subscription is expired (and by the way it starts warning 30 days BEFORE the expiry date) you have a 30 day grace period after expiry during which you are still protected.

Whether you get the latest version pushed to you is immaterial to whether you have renewed as along as your subscription is not past expiry date + 30 days.

Hope that helps further.

Regards, Baldrick
