I haven't had an infected scan for 11 months now (March 2015), and not since my Windows 10 upgrade (August 2015).  My Secureanywhere Complete says it is up to date and my subscription has plenty of time remaining.  Before 11 months ago, I was having infected scans roughly once a week.  Also, my internet habits have not changed.  What gives?
Hello jasonroach5,

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

I promise you that Webroot is working and I have had Webroot on 4 of my computers and my Android and Mac and Webroot has protected me since Nov. 2013.

Please have a look at this KB Article on How do I know Webroot is Working

Also have a look  here at this post by TripleHelix (message 4)

Hope this helps?

Hi jasonroach5

Welcome to the Community Forums.

All I would add to what Sherry has advised is that Webroot are constantly improving and refining WSA and therefore it may well be that protection is improving (after all the malware threat is a dynamic one and no solution can guarantee to be 100% all of the time, even Webroot)...but also that previous threats wane as new ones are developed to take their place, etc.

Bottom line is that the malware environment is a dynamic one and thertefore, obviously, the anti malware one is too.  So what you saw a year ago would not necessarily be the same as what yo are seeing...or not...now. ;)

Hope that makes sense?

Regards, Baldrick
