Having Problems resetting my Password

im trying to log into my account and of course i cant remember my password so when i try and reset it i keep getting this message Error(UPW003):Your reset password request cannot be processed as your details do not match. iv tried everything i possibly can and im just getting frustrated can anyone help me??

I do not see a MyWebroot account associated with your current SecureAnywhere Antivirus subscription. You can Sign Up for a new account and use your current antivirus keycode if you would like.
 
I have sent you the keycode to use for the new account registration in a private message.
