I just purchased protection from you. After setting up an account I was unable to access my account using the password I had just set up; why?

Welcome to the Comunity Forums.

 

It may be that what yo are typing in is not quite what you set up your account with...I have done this myself...typed in something other than hat I thought I was typing (it is sometimes quite difficult to check when the password entered is not in clear.

 

May I suggest that you access the Web Console page (here) and click on the Forgotten password link to the right of the Login button.  On the next page displayed you will have the option to select the reseting of your password.
