To fully uninstall the application from the Mac, you should simply be able to move the icon from the Application's menu to the trash. After doing so, you should be prompted to 'Uninstall' the program. By confirming this window you should then remove the additional information from the Mac Library where Webroot stores some of the files needed, including the log data.

 

One more thing that you can try is putting your device into Safe Mode, and then carrying out the uninstallation action.

 

If that has not worked after repeated attempts or you do notwant to try in Safe Mode then I would recommend that you Open a Support Ticket ato let the Support Team know so that hey can fix this for you. The service is free of charge to WSA users with an active subscription.
