I tryed to download the Best Buy Subscription of Webroot to my sister's Acer Chromebook but it says that it's not compatable with her laptop.

She doesn't have a disk drive in her chromebook either so I can't use the WebRoot Disk either.

 

Is there anything that I can do to get WebRoot on her Chromebook?
WSA will not install on a Chromebook as its curently not a supported operating system. The Chrome OS is based on Linux and is cloud based so its unique and quite different to Windows/MacOS.

I was sorry to see you are still having problems with your sister's laptop, but the above reply is of course correct: WSA is supported on Windows (Not Windows RT!), Mac OS, iOS, and Android.
Well atleast I know that it's not going to work now.
