Technical support gave me toolbar fix a week ago to fix my problem. It did fix it but now the icon disasppeared again and the fix will no longer work. I left a message with Support earlier today and they have not gotten back to me. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Yes, we DO have ideas! Support has shared with us the fix method that they are using.  This is still a temporary fix until everything with Mozilla is worked out, but it will fix the issue for you.
