When an adware extension is installed on your computer, whenever you will open a new tab within Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome, an ad from Windows Firewall Warning will pop-up. Is this what you are talking about?

 

If you are seeing random a “Windows Firewall Warning” pop-up and asking you to call a phone number to fix your PC, then your computer is infected with an adware or a potentially unwanted program.

 

My best advice for this sort of SCAM is to submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription and they can look into this for you.
