Hello there! If I may add a little bit here ? my good friend?
A few weeks ago I had a rather odd situation. I was able to log into the Password Manager within my browser, but in the Console main screen it showed as Expired and I could not access the Password area by clicking the 'main tile" for Passwords. I WAS, however, able to access it in the Console by clicking on the Passwords TAB.
Quite strange, and it happened to a few other users as well. I submitted a Trouble Ticket and the problem was fixed within a few hours.
I have no idea if this is the same problem you are experiencing, but perhaps it is related.

Hello Don, Baldrick is offline at the moment so I will pick things up if that is OK.
Where exactly do you see that? It is within the WSA software, or in the Account Console?

When I click on The W within a circlte it gives me an option to open "Webroot Secure Any where " which is what I click on. From there I click on Password Manager with a yellow triangle in front of it. After I click on this it states"my passge word manager is not active" Right below that is a place to click on to "Activate on line Password Manager".
But nothing happens. For the last couple of years all I had to do when I booted up my computer was click on the yellow w within the circle and I would get a drop down menu that allowed me to enter my Webroote password and my pass word manager would actvate and populate my user name and passwords into various sites. I am unable to do that now. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreacated

Hi Mollyvicto
From what yo are describing I am starting to suspect an issue in the back office systems...it almost sounds as if, for some reason, your password account has become 'detatched from your old keycode. I cannot be sure of this as we volunteers do not have access to those systems and therefore I am recommending that you Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can check things out behind the scenes for you.
Eitherway, please do let us know how this progresses if you do open the support ticket as suggested.
