From the sounds of it the best course of action for you is toleave this to the professional over at Webroot and so you should ASAP  Open a Support Ticket giving all the details and let the Support Team take a look/advise as to how to fix things on your system...this is a free service included as part of your WSA subscription.

 

Please let us know how you get on re. the issue and what is done to resolve it for you, as that helps us advise other users who may come here in the future with the same or a similar problem.

Can I asked how you knew you were infected? Did you have WSA installed before infection and did you let WSA clean this infection or did you use some other cleaning tools? Also any other info would be very helpful!
