If you have a new keycode, you can get support to merge it for you,Submit a Support Ticket or wait until other nearly expires and apply new key then.
Same version? Both Webroot...not BestBuy at first, for example?

If both old and new are WSA-Complete, follow his advice for the Trouble Ticket. Support will need to do some things at the back end as your Password Manager and Backup&Sync data will not automatically transfer to the new key code.
Support can most likely simply add the days of the new key code to the old one so that you do not have to do anything at all. Remember, there is no "Old Version" of WSA... it updates for EVERYONE all the time, whenever an update is available, so you do not need to reinstall the software.
