I'm not sure why two of my PC's show on my Dashboard twice. The correct devices are reflected in the 2nd version of the same PC. I'm not given an option to remove a PC, but i had no problem removing a Mobile Device.

With regard to your question when you click on the 1st version, i.e., the duplicate do you see the following, and in particular the 'Deactivate' option?

 



 

If so then that is the option you take to 'remove' that PC from protection/registration. Instructions on how to to this are conatined in this KB Article.

 

If however you are not seeing this option then please post back as it may be that your permissions need to be altered.
