Hi,
I am coming to the end of my subscription for my Security Complete, I have purchased a new keycode and have added it under the Manage Keycodes section. Will this just transfer to my devices when the old key finaly expires?
Thanks for your help.
Cheers,
Jules

Hello justjules, welcome to the Webroot Community!
You have a couple of options here, one being to enter the key code within the software and activate when the original key code expires.
That is not, in my opinion, the best option. As you have posted in the WSA-Complete forum, I assume you have access to and use the Password Manager and Backup&Sync.
The data for those services is tied of a specific user profile of course, but user profiles are also tied to a specific key code. So..
IF your original key code still has days remaining, submit a Trouble Ticket requesting that the time of the new key code be added to the original key code. This will make the new key code expired without having been used, and the time for it added to your existing one. You will not have to worry about activating the new key code within the software, and you will have uninterrupted service with Password Manager and Backup&Sync with no chance of data loss.
IF your orginal key code is already expired, then still file that Trouble Ticket. In this case you will ask to have the User Profile moved from the old key code to the new key code. This must be done within 15 days of expriation or the Password Manager data will be lost.
