Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Well on some sites there is nothing you can do it's there way of advertising but you can use an Ad Blocker in Firefox or Chrome I like this one in Firefox and works very well https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/adstomper/?src=api and this one for Chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/adguard-adblocker/bgnkhhnnamicmpeenaelnjfhikgbkllg?hl=en and again there is nothing you can do unless you uninstall Adobe Flash or other viewers but then you wouldn't be able to see what's after the Ad video.
Sorry,
Daniel 😉
