I think that in this case you will need to contact the Support Team (Open a Support Ticket) as I suspect that you would like to not only change the owner's name but also the registration email address?

 

You should also note that if you are a Complete user (you have posted in that forum) then if you are changing your subscription/keycode, i.e., you have gotten another one and have decided to pass the original one to your son then, if it is also for the Complete or Internet Security Plus version, you should also also the Support Team to transfer the password and/or Backup & Sync data from your old keycode to your new otherwise you will not be able to access them from the instance of WSA on which you have activated your new keycode.

 

This is because the data stored in the Cloud, i.e., the password and/or Backup & Sync data, is keyded on a number of elements and one of them is keycode.
