I can't get my Kim Komando newsletters anymore since I installed Webroot.  How do I 'unblock' it?

For website reputation change requests for WSA-Web Security Service, the support system is  a good choice, but you could alternatively look up the site via BrightCloud use the change request link on the left side of the results page. http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php
