How may I view items stored in the "Cloud"?

I would like to delete some out-of-date and no-longer relevant items to free up "Cloud" storage. I do not have a clue how to view the items I have stored, much less how to delete some of them.  I am not knowledgeable in this area and would appreciate some easy to understand assistance. Thank you.
