how to change computers host name?
How do I change my computer's host name?
Hello there, welcome to the Webroot Community!
Try this:
Click Start
On the menu, RIGHT click on Computer
Left click on Properties
Go down the list until you find the area with Computer Name, Domain and Workgroup
Click Change Settings
Click the Change button
Enter the new name for your computer and click OK
That should do it :)
