Google chrome and firefox no longer working. This happened on home computer 3 days ago and then same problem on computer in office noted later in the same day trying to connect to any website using chrome. Two completely separate networks and locations??? Both were fine the prior day. No new programs downloaded.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
If you are mildly technical you could try the following:
Open a command prompt (CMD) and then enter and execute the following commands one by one.
a. ipconfig /release
b. ipconfig /all
c. ipconfig /flushdns
d. ipconfig /renew
e. netsh int ip set dns
f. netsh winsock reset
Hopefully, this will sort the issue out for you.
