Have you tried uninstalling Webroot Back up & Sync and reinstalling from the iTunes Store and then re-enter your new keycode for Password Management?

Hello, if you want to renew your keycode you probably can use password tool such as (Edited< removed link>)  to reset your password and keep it into the tool,it is powerful and reliable,hope to give you some help
