MS Office 365 was stuck in perpetual download state (200 gigs and counting) and was taking all the network bandwith.  So I black listed the process, but now after fixing the issue (Why it was downloading so much) I can't seem to find a way to unblack list it.  So now MS office won't start.

Yes the 365 was fully downloaded and functional when it decided to go bonkers and keep on downloading (it was my UTM gateway that caused it).
Hi tempnexus

This is a job for the Support team so I would Open a Support Ticket since the WSA Help very clearly states in the relevant section:

"Warning: Do not click the Stop Untrusted Processes button unless you understand the implications or have been told to do so by Webroot Technical Support."

I will do some checking for you but I am not aware as to how you reverse use of this feature.

@ perhaps you could use some of your legendary skills to reach out to staff and see if anyone has some ideas on this one, as a short cut to a Support Ticket?

Regards

I don't think there's anyone left here in the building besides the support staff, given that it's after 5pm on a Friday 🙂  Probably just contacting support directly will be the quickest.
OK, cheers...have obvioulsy missed the boat re. that one...so what you say about Support is most probably the best. ;)

As far as I can see is just start in again and don't block it the second time. but to be sure do as Baldrick & Nic suggested and contact Support if you can download or install.

Daniel 😉
