Hello,
If you are able to open Webroot from the system tray or desktop icon and it is showing as green and protected I would not be concerned about what HP advisor is saying. I would advise contacting HP though to inquire as to why their software is not picking up Webroot as an antivirus.
If I am not mistaken I have heard this issue mutliple times throughout my time in consumer support and Webroot is always working correctly.
You could try to uninstall and reinstall Webroot to see if it detects it, but it is likely that it is simply an issue with HP advisor.
Please do not hesitate to let us know if you do uninstall and reinstall and it resolves the issue, or if you are still seeing it.
We are always happy to assist.
I hope you have a great weekend!
Regards,
