I attempted to renew my account but the system would not allow, how do you proceed

- Open SecureAnywhere.
- Click the gear icon next to My Account.
- Click Upgrade or renew.
The Webroot website opens. From here, you can purchase an upgrade to your software.

If I might just add...in precisely what way is the 'system' not llowing you to renew your subscription?
If you could describe the precise circumstances of this block and what led up to it/them, plus also who your subscription is with, i.e., Best Buy or Webroot either directly or from a non Best Buy source? Again, that should assit in the process of understanding precisely what the issue is here.
