Bought it for 5 devices, and have installed it successfully on 3 (all PCs). However, my SecureAnywhere console only shows that 2 are protected. It has been at least four times longer since my last install than it took for the first 2 to show up. Can anyone explain this? Thank you....

On the PC that doesn't show on your Account Console please try a Uninstall / Reinstall.
Please follow the steps closely!
If it still does't show up in about 15 minutes then submit a Support Ticket.

Please follow the steps closely!
- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and do NOT import any settings if offered by the installer as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
If it still does't show up in about 15 minutes then submit a Support Ticket.

Thanks for your reply, ProTruckDriver - I actually found a solution that worked rather well: run two scans on the non-registered PC, wait two hours, look again - and VOILA! there it was. Really appreciate your taking the time to respond! I will read your reply to my other inquiry when I'm back in town. Thanks again!!
