I had 42 days left but I wanted to make sure my new keycode was good as the package had been opened.

The keycode worked but I now have 365 days. I lost the 42 days.

That stinks.

I would think that webroot should keep track of this.
Ring support and they can help out. The program is functioning as its designed, i.e you have entered in a code and it updated. You could have waited 42 days and then entered the new code in?
Hi pego

As Roy says...you should Open a Support Ticket providing the Support Team with the old key code (the one you had 42 days on when you posted), the new keycode that you are currently using, the email that you have asociated with your subscription and then ask them to move the days from the NEW keycode to the OLD one...they should be able to do that for you.

But before yo do so please swap back to using your OLD code by entering it in the approrpiate place in WSA.  The reason I suggest that is because if you use either or both of the Pasword Manager and/or the Backup & Sync feature of WSA Complete, moving then the data you will have entered is keyed to the keycode, and so if yo check out these features using WSA with you your NEW keycode you will find that the data is 'missing'...do not worry, it has not been deleted...yet.  You have a 30 day grabce period to get it swapped over to your NEW keycode (agains, something that SUpport should be able to do for you).

But personally I think that it is easier all round if you just ask for the days from the NEW keycode to be added to the OLD keycode and just continue using the OLD keycode.

Well, I hope that helps?  If you have any further questions on this topic pelase feel free to ask/post back.

Regards, Baldrick
