Please take a look at this Microsoft thread for guidance on this subject. If you Google "sl runtime has stopped working" you should find this one plus a number of others that are useful. One word of advice...read through a thread and see what the response is to a proposed solution...whilst there are many legitemate one given but also some not so good...so it is worth checking.
